# First Steps

The first step is to determine which version of the [MoreTorque Torque Interceptor](https://torqueinterceptor.com/) you need for your vehicle. You can do this by answering a few simple questions here [Torque Interceptor compatibility (zingtree.com)](https://zingtree.com/show/681338613000). That guide will link you to the correct Torque Interceptor version for your car, either the [TI](https://torqueinterceptor.com/products/torque-interceptor-for-mazda) or [TI2](https://torqueinterceptor.com/products/torque-interceptor-2) for new Mazdas.
